Rivet documentation.
One complete round trip
Rivet is being developed as a user-funded atomic Stock Token arbitrage product. A route uses USDG to buy a Stock Token in one pool and sells the same token in another pool on Robinhood Chain. Both swaps must settle inside one transaction.
The executor checks the actual USDG balance after both legs and requires the configured minimum return. An unsuccessful transaction reverts its state changes but still consumes transaction gas. A successful quote is not a guarantee of successful execution.
Costs and settlement
Current app quotes are read-only calls to Uniswap V3 QuoterV2, pinned to one mainnet block. They include swap fees and trade-size impact, but exclude executor overhead, gas cost and execution reward.
The illustrative calculator subtracts starting capital, a user-entered gas equivalent and an execution reward from the returned USDG. Gas is paid in ETH, so a USDG equivalent is an estimate, not a directly measured token charge. It is not an APY calculation.
There is currently no evidence of a repeatably profitable route. Four initial 100 USDG round trips across the inspected NVDA pools returned less than 100 USDG before gas.
Capital and control
The implementation gives each user a separate capital account with owner-controlled deposits and withdrawals. The adapter and assets are immutable per account. Owners approve pool pairs and control execution policy. The public-testnet deployment has passed an atomic trade and full withdrawal smoke test.
Mainnet uses canonical USDG and NVDA. Mock-token deposits are confined to public testnet. The account owner controls withdrawals, approved routes, pausing, minimum profit and executor reward (up to 50% of gross token profit). Mainnet account funding is available in the app. Test feeds and mock-token minting are permissionless and are not production assets.

Risks and limitations
Price gaps can disappear before inclusion. MEV, competing trades, shallow liquidity, pool fees and gas can erase an apparent advantage. A revert prevents intermediate swap state from settling, not the loss of transaction gas.
Smart contracts, adapters, tokens, network infrastructure and transaction submission can fail. Stock Tokens are not direct stock ownership; issuer terms and eligibility restrictions apply. USDG can diverge from its reference value. This preview does not promise a yield, a profitable opportunity or an audited system.
Illustrative figures are not historical returns or live market data. Do not fund an address merely because it shares this project's name or ticker. Only published and independently checked deployment records can identify a product contract.
